    It’s my favorite part of January – Disney Promo announcement time! And Disney did not disappoint with this one. It is clear they want to motivate you to get down and see all the new offerings this summer! The big standout below is definitely the Buy 4 and Get 2 deal for both hotel and room. That sounds amazing, but, as with all things here, the details matter. These deals typically require paying the “rack rate” for the room so whether it is the best deal will depend on the specifics of the trip like what resort, when the trip is, and the critical component, how many are in the room. Sounds like someone should come along and write a blog post making those comparisons! At the very least, this is another reason to have a trusted travel professional run the numbers for you.

    BREAKING: Both Walt Disney World Water Parks to be Open This Summer

    Disney announced today that when Blizzard Beach reopens from its scheduled maintenance May 21st, Typhoon Lagoon will remain open.

    Here is the official announcement

    For the first time since 2019, Disney World will have all 6 of our parks—all 4 theme parks and 2 water parks—open at the same time. From May 21 through September 7, Disney World guests can enjoy the tropical shipwreck oasis of Typhoon Lagoon and the frosty fun of Blizzard Beach water park.

    It’s important to point out that Disney is currently running a promo where resort guests can go to one of the water parks for free on check-in day. There had been plenty of speculation that this would result in both water parks being open simultaneously during summer. Now we know for sure that is happening.
